About Us

Decurro Ltd was established in early 2002, initially a loose group of freelancers, working toward shared goals upon joint projects. In these early days we dealt almost entirely with database driven intranet sites.

We were incorporated in 2004, and shortly after were pleased to win a large contract to develop a web based general insurance quotation and sales system. This high profile project saw us working alongside such corporations as Genworth Financial PLC and City Connexions Ltd

In the summer of 2005 we became a registered Microsoft trading partner, specialising in secure, business critical quotation systems to the finance industry.

In recent years our experience base has grown to include SEO and SEM, along with copywriting services. Both of these new avenues have presented us with fresh challenges, with these challenges overcome we were able to supply a completely integrated development cycle for all kinds of Internet or intranet projects.

At the beginning of 2008, our entire SEO/SEM staff became qualified as PSEM (Professional Search Engine Marketers). The search engine industry changes rapidly and we felt it would be beneficial for our people to receive ongoing training, refreshed every three months.

In March of 2008, we were forced to take a long hard look at our business model, it became apparent that we had diversified to such an extent, that we were beginning to become institutionalised in our way of work, at the cost of flexibility. We made the decision to split our business into three distinctly separate trading entities. Decurro Ltd is now solely focused upon copywriting and editing tasks.

We are firm believers in supplying quality work at a fair price; we continually monitor the current market rates for all types of work that we undertake, and make adjustments to our pricing accordingly. This simple act keeps us extremely competitive within a tough industry.
